Welcoming First African ISP to MANRS

August 31, 2015 by Andrei Robachevsky Leave a Comment

Workonline Communications logoLast week, a pan-African Internet service provider of fibre-based connectivity, Workonline Communications, joined the group of MANRS supporters by declaring that they implement all four of the Actions.

It is wonderful to see the MANRS initiative (aka Routing Manifesto) getting a really global spread – next to North America, Asia, Europe and South America, ISPs from Africa are now expressing support!

Next week I am presenting MANRS at the ION Conference in Cape Town that takes place during South Africa iWeek. I hope to see some of you there and have a chance to convince you that supporting MANRS can make a difference and lead to significant improvements in routing security.

Welcome aboard, Workonline Communications!
