CATNIX would like to join the MANRS initiative as an IXP. CATNIX is managed by CSUC, the Consortium that provids Services to the Universities in Catalonia (AS13041). CSUC’s AS is already in MANRS as an ISP. Members know about the existence of the initiative and would also like as to join it as an IXP.
